Tension calculator
The calculator takes this frame's verified specs plus your playing style and returns a tension in kilograms and pounds, with the reasoning behind the number.
A 100 in², 300 g spin-and-power frame built around an open 16×19 pattern — the numbers point at a baseliner who wants to load the ball with topspin without swinging harder.
What the sources agree on
At 300 g unstrung with a 32 cm balance and 320 swingweight, this sits in the same weight-and-balance band as most of the tour-level 100 in² field, so the stability and manoeuvrability figures we derive from those specs land mid-pack rather than at either extreme. The 16×19 pattern and a mid RA of 66 are the two numbers doing the most work here: an open pattern lets the strings move more before snapping back, the established mechanism behind higher spin potential, and 66 sits on the flexible side of the frames we've catalogued — usually a softer, more absorbing feel off the string bed than a crisp, board-like one.
Where they disagree
What we can't say yet is how that translates once you're actually playing with it — an open pattern that spins well for one swing style can feel loose and hard to control for a flatter hitter, and RA alone doesn't capture string-bed feel the way an actual bench test does. We haven't strung and hit this frame ourselves, so treat the spin/control trade-off as the direction the specs point in, not a measured result.
